The Willetton Senior High School Redevelopment in Western Australia was executed inmultiple stages to accommodate the school’s growing studentpopulation andmodernize its facilities.

  • Stage One (Completed 2015): This phase involved a comprehensiveredevelopment, including the construction of seven new teaching buildings,playing courts, additional car parking, and access roads. The project alsofeatured unique design elements, such as a lightweight bridge betweenbuildings to comply with Water Corporation access requirements. The totalvalue for this stage was approximately $48.9 million.
  • Stage Two (Completed 2024): The second phase focused on building a newthree-storey classroom block comprising 22 general classrooms, an inclusiveeducation classroom, changerooms, and amenities to accommodate over 500students. This stage emphasized accessible design to meet the needs of staffand students withdisabilities. The total value for this stage was approximately$15.6 million.
