Located at 553 Wellington Street in Perth’s CBD, this 39-storey student accommodationtower offers 483 beds with communal facilities, ground-level commercial tenancies,and 86 bicycle parking spaces. Situated on a compact 500sqm site opposite YaganSquare,the development required detailed demolition works to retain the heritagefaçade and internal elements. The project involved close coordination with the PublicTransport Authority due to its proximity to the bus terminal. Upon completion, it standsas Perth’s tallest residential building, enhancing the city’s student housing capacity andurban landscape.
