Sydney Charles Quarter is a transformative mixed-use development located at463–507Newcastle Street, West Perth, within the Pickle District. Spanning a 22,000m² site, theproject encompasses six buildings, including Perth’s first Aiden hotel, co-livingapartments, build-to-rent residences, commercial office spaces, retail outlets, asupermarket, cafés, and a medical centre. Central to the development is ‘TheCommons,’ a publicly accessible open space designed to host live performances, artexhibitions, and community events. The development aims to blend modern urbanliving with the area’s rich history, fostering a vibrant 24/7 community. Constructioncommenced in mid-2024, with completion anticipated in 2026.
