The Lynwood Senior High School Redevelopment, located in Perth’s southern suburbs,was completed in 2024 to commemorate the school’s 50th anniversary. The $25.3million project introduced new facilities, including a performing arts centre with a 250-seat auditorium, a music and visual arts block, a modern sports hall, and a studentservices area featuring a wellbeing room and general learning classrooms. Theseadditions provide permanent accommodation for 200 additional students and supportthe school’s Specialist Soccer Academy with state-of-the-art indoor training facilities.Designed by With Architecture Studio and constructed by EMCO Building, theredevelopment enhances the educational environment and community engagementopportunities.
