The Hillary’s Primary School Redevelopment, located on Lymburner Drive in Hillary’s,Western Australia, was completed in three stages and officially opened inOctober2024. The project involved the demolition of existing buildings and the construction ofsix new facilities, including 16 general learning classrooms, two kindergartenclassrooms, an inclusive education classroom, a new administration building, library,staffroom, hardcourts, additional parking, and landscaped areas. Designed by EIWArchitects and built by Crothers Construction, the redevelopment replaces the originalfacilities that opened in 1973, providing modern and welcoming learning environmentsfor over 500 students.
